All rights to materials (image, video, text) within this website are the direct property of Advanced Bot Works (ABW) or Matthew Feros. Any external media has been used with permission or relevant licensing. Use of material from this website without permission - including images of items - for commercial purposes is content theft.

Liabilities and Responsibilities

Advanced Bot Works guarantees the use of all of our products with a 1 year warranty within their quoted working conditions. We do not condone the use of any items in a way which puts a person or animal at risk of injury. ABW are in no way liable if a person or animal become injured due to misuse of a product. This is including but not limited to:

• Riding a vehicle being supported by ABW products
• Attempting to stand on or in any way support significant weight with ABW products
• Swallowing small parts which can be expelled from broken products

Electronics sold by ABW (such as the IR Sensor Ring) are sold as strictly prototype equipment that are to be used only by, or with the supervision of, a person experienced with handling of electronics equipment. ABW does not condone the use of damaged electrical equipment. If a device is found the be faulty, our customer support should be contacted immediately, and use of the product should be suspended. ABW is not liable to replace product that have become damaged or no longer work due to misuse. This is including but not limited to:

• Subjecting ABW products to an impact greater than quoted in the relevant standards document
• Using ABW products with faulty devices or components (eg. a malfunctioning Spike Prime Hub)
• Subjecting ABW products to incorrect voltage levels through standardised connectors

Terms of Use

This website should be used only by customers over the age of 16 years old. By purchasing items from ABW you agree to the above liability agreement.

Notification of Modification

Upon modification of Terms and Conditions, any previous customers within our consenting mailing list will be notified of the changes made, and any relevant effects the changes may have.
